Server Migration AnnouncementTuesday, January 13th, 2015
Dear customers,
Recently one of our data center network facing major issue which had gone down for hours. To ensures our services are able to maintain a industrial standard of 99.9% uptime, we decide to migrate all of our server within that particular data center to another data center located in Kuala Lumpur, which had proven to have stable network and high network availability over past 3 years. The server migration works took place at January 9th, 2015, midnight.
In regards to the server migration, certain IP range and nameserver had been updated to new IP range. The affected IP range for current migration is 202.190.0.0/16. Following are the detailed nameserver and new IP for the affected server.
